About this role
As a Scrum Master at Stake you’ll work in a global product development team that’s growing fast. You’ll help establish a true Agile culture and methodology in our product team. You’ll help the teams understand the Scrum theory, practices and values.
In particular, you will:
- Plan and coordinate the execution of our product roadmap through the sprint cycle.
- Coordinate the release and testing process.
- Assist in the operational planning of requirements for projects and timelining them out in the roadmap.
- Establish with the development team a reliable methodology to estimate work and manage workloads.
- Support prioritisation and propose development and workflow efficiencies to ensure delivery across our development squads.
- Coordinate our daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
A bit about you
- You have a Scrum Master certification
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile digital project manager or similar
- You have experience working in a digital product development team and a solid understanding of technology
- You have ideally worked across multiple development squads.
- You are proficient in the use of the Atlassian suite of project management tools.
