We’re looking for a hungry and innovative Growth Manager to join our team and help scale our customer base in the UK.

Stake is changing the game in share trading. We make it simple and cost-effective to buy and sell US listed shares – opening up the US stock market to those outside the US like never before. We are growing quickly and have expanded outside of Australia to New Zealand, United Kingdom and Brazil. This role is an opportunity to work towards the Stake mission of providing seamless access to global investment opportunities to everyone.

More specifically, you will:

  • Use data to identify customer cohorts to analyse and run experiments against.
  • Create, test, optimise campaigns driving desired actions using our CRM platforms across eDM, push in-product messaging.
  • Run growth hacking experiments off-product to identify new avenues for customer acquisition. (Not digital marketing)
  • Work with performance marketers to create consistent, target customer flows (based on segmentation) from channel through to conversion and activation including supporting experiments on our marketing website.
  • Be responsible for leading the tracking of our growth performance to help the team identify strengths, weaknesses and strategies to improve the performance.
  • Implementing successful experiments you’ve achieved locally, or those that have been achieved by other markets into always-on campaigns/initiatives.

Who you are

  • 3+ years experience in an assistant growth or growth manager role
  • Can be highly autonomous and self-starting but also enjoys being part of a team and works well with others.
  • A desire to be very hands-on, actually running experiments, analysing data and so on
  • Strong with data analysis
  • Strong experience with managing growth experiments end-to-end including strong experience with A/B testing
  • Proficient in simple copywriting for eDMs, push notifications and so on
  • Bonus: Experience with Mixpanel, Braze, Data Studio
  • Interest or experience with financial services and investing is a plus point

Why join Stake: Our benefits

  • An Employee Stock Ownership Plan that reflects Stake’s high-performance culture and recognises that employees aren’t only contributors to the business but are owners of Stake’s success
  • Free Stake Black membership and FX rebates each time you fund your Stake account
  • An annual discretionary performance bonus (cash or options)
  • Playing a meaningful role in building a company that has loads of positive momentum and excitement around it
