About this role

Stake is looking for a technical project manager with about 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, who has experience managing the delivery of customer-facing technology. This role reports to our CTO and will have significant interaction with all teams and key stakeholders, including partners, service providers and regulators.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for understanding the customers needs, the requirements of the business and various stakeholders, prioritising and delivering the product roadmap. You will be responsible for scoping projects, timelines and deliverables and managing the process to ensure successful delivery. You will lead planning sessions and organise deliverables for Stake’s products.

A bit about you

  • A desire to understand and listen to customers needs (both external and internal customers)
  • Experience managing software delivery projects;
  • Experience delivering projects with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, UI, Engineering, QA) in an agile or hybrid methodology;
  • Experience facilitating and managing communication channels within the project, including meetings, planning sessions, Slack, email, and documentation;
  • Proactive managing risks and issues;
  • Tenacious attention to detail;
  • Sufficient technical knowledge (for example, you’re able to read and propose solutions based on API documents)
  • A deep understanding of workplace tools (JIRA, Confluence etc…) and an ability to ensure that the organisation uses them effectively.
