About this role

In this role, you’ll be part of our core marketing team in Sydney, Australia, with a global remit to build and optimise Stake’s performance marketing across all of our territories. You’ll report to our CMO and work with our in-house creative team, as well as regional teams, to drive efficient scaling of growth through digital media.

  • Developing strong strategies for our digital acquisition activity that can be used and leveraged in all of our regions globally. This includes working on audience segmentation, channel mix, campaign implementation, and experiment mindset.
  • Working collaboratively with local brand teams to help them achieve goals and targets set for the digital channels.
  • Working collaboratively with local brand teams to identify and define audience segments per region.
  • Planning, creating and managing campaigns across omni-channel as well as running tests, learning and optimising experiments.
  • Working to ensure we have fantastic data flows that inform measurement, attribution, optimisation and visualisation including the use of dashboards.
  • Shaping attribution models, measurement and goal setting for different channels.
  • Work with media agency and adtech partners where necessary to integrate our in-house, always-on performance buying with bigger ATL campaigns
  • Help to shape the performance and growth team as it grows in Australia and beyond.

A bit about you

You have:

  • at least 4 years of experience in performance marketing;
  • spent time at a digital media agency and/or a high growth tech company;
  • experience developing strategic approaches to leveraging digital for growth;
  • experience on the tools with ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager and Twitter Ads, as well as DSPs such as Trade Desk a bonus;
  • experience with analytics tools like GA, Google Tag Manager, Branch, etc;
  • a desire for and some experience managing people and shaping teams;

Additionally, we'd love if you have an interest or some experience with financial services and investing but this isn't a requirement. We can show you the ropes!
