About this role

As a Scrum Master at Stake you’ll work in a global product development team that’s growing fast. You’ll help establish a true Agile culture and methodology in our product team. You’ll help the teams understand the Scrum theory, practices and values. You’ll plan and coordinate the execution of our product roadmap, support prioritisation and propose development and workflow efficiencies to ensure delivery across our development squads. You’ll take care of our daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

A bit about you

  • You have a Scrum Master certification
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile digital project manager or similar
  • You have experience working in a digital product development team and a solid understanding of technology
