About this role

Stake has a creative team with an Art Director, Copywriter, and Content Writers. This in-house team acts as a creative agency for our global marketing teams. You will be part of this team and devise and implement strategies that improve all post-install metrics. These include activation, re-engagement, retention and premiumisation.

More specifically, you will:

  • Work with the broader team to better define audience segments within our customer base and turn into robust personas;
  • Create, test, optimise campaigns driving desired actions using our CRM platforms across eDM, push in-product messaging;
  • Work with performance marketers to create consistent, target customer flows (based on segmentation) from channel through to conversion and activation, including supporting experiments on our marketing website;
  • Use these experiments to generate useful insights into the customer that can be used through the team and improve performance higher up the funnel;
  • Support the team with improving our measurement and attribution infrastructure to have a clearer view of customer flows and outcomes, and the impact of campaigns/experimentation;
  • Work in cross-functional growth squads in partnership with developers, data analysts, product managers to run in product experiments that positively impact these metrics.

A bit about you

  • You have strong experience with data analysis;
  • You are skilled with A/B testing;
  • You are proficient in simple copywriting for eDMs and push notifications;
  • You have experience with managing growth experiments end-to-end;
  • You're interested in financial services and investing.
