About this role

Your day-to-day will involve:

Building out and implementing the businesses liquidity risk policies including liquidity risk management strategy, contingent funding plan, stress tests, etc.
Managing the day to day reconciliation of Stake’s Working Capital accounts across the globe and creating reports for Management on Working Capital Utility
Partnering with the product, operations & finance teams on new product initiatives to understand the proposal and the potential working capital implications.
Doing deep dive analysis of how the product changes could impact working capital
Working with product, finance & legal to comprehend the guardrails of new and existing products and coming up with solutions to minimise working capital needs and continue to offer the best customer experience.
Work with product and engineering to implement controls into the product that allow us to effectively manage risk.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to begin building out a treasury function within Stake in the next 12-24 months as the organisation continues to grow.

A bit about you

At least 3-4 years experience in Treasury
Experience and understanding of Money Services Business or the broker-dealer sector
Strong project management skills and ability to execute collaboratively
Experience in Cryptocurrencies and Digital Assets highly desirable
Ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written comms, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives
Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics, and the business judgement to balance the details while not losing sight of the big picture.
Some proficiency in SQL or similar
A positive attitude. This means a desire to work hard, be creative, stay curious, and maintain a can-do approach.
