About this role

In this role, your scope will be to help shape and lead the implementation of our medium-term UK marketing strategy as well as support our expansion to other European markets. You will be based in London and report to the Head of UK marketing.

As the Marketing & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for things such as:

  • Designing, implementing and optimising growth marketing activity;
  • Building a strong and engaged Stake UK community of advocates;
  • Managing a range of campaigns that feel genuinely different to the category;
  • Tracking and reporting on your marketing campaigns.

A bit about you

We’re looking for an ambitious, analytical and creative team member who:

  • Has at least 3 years (roughly) of experience working in a growth marketing role (or similar);
  • Has proven campaign management experience;
  • Makes data-driven decisions;
  • Is comfortable with a range of digital tools such as: Ads/Business managers (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc), Google Analytics, Braze, Branch and Autopilot (you don’t have to know them all);
  • Likes to take initiative and always finds ways to solve problems;
  • Is hungry to get sh!t done and passionate about growth.
