Stake is looking for an SMSF Accountant to join our team at our {Bondi Junction HQ}, with a {flexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 WFH).

About this role

In this role, you will work closely with our Senior SMSF Accountant and between you will be responsible for preparing the annual financial statements and tax returns for a rapidly growing portfolio of SMSF customers. You will leverage your SMSF industry expertise to guide our dedicated customer success team and deliver an outstanding experience to Stake’s customers.

You will also have the opportunity to onboard new SMSF customers and assist Stake with further growth.

A bit about you

We’re looking for an Accountant with the following interests and experiences:

  • 1 - 3 years experience in SMSF administration
  • A passion for Self-Managed Super Funds and the willingness to make your mark in the industry;
  • To either be a registered tax agent, or working towards it, or a strong interest in obtaining it
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to liaise Stake’s customers, and internal stakeholders;
  • Exposure to Class would be advantageous.
